客票遗失 旅客遗失客票,应以书面形式,向承运人或其销售代理人申请挂失,并提供原购票的日期、地点、有效身份证件以及足以证实客票遗失的其他证明。在原遗失客票有效期满申请退款前,客票如已被使用或退款,承运人不承担责任。

Check-in procedure A passenger should arrive at the airport within the time limit set by the carrier

and check in beforehand by showing his or her ticket and valid identity card. Check-in counter

usually be closed at least 30 minutes before flight departure.

乘机 旅客必须在承运人规定的时限,凭客票及本人有效身份证办理乘机手续。通常在飞机离站前30分钟停止办理乘机手续。

Modification If a passenger having purchased a ticket wishes to change the flight, date, or class of

seat, the carrier will do its best to meet his or her requirements according to the current

circumstances and conditions of carriage.

客票变更 旅客购票后,如要求变更航班、日期、舱位等级,承运人将根据实际可能和运输条件给予办理。

Refund If a passenger wishes to refund the purchased ticket, he/she should present the carrier or its

sales agents with the valid Identity certificate and all valid ticket. Refund for an unused ticket or

portion thereof shall be made in accordance with the carrier’s regulations.

退票 旅客自愿退票,除凭有效客票外,还应提供旅客本人的有效身份证件,按承运人有关规定办理。
