一名自称“住大别墅，开玛莎拉蒂”的20岁女孩郭美美，因微博认证身份“中国红十字会商业总经理”，由此而引发网友对中国红十字会的质疑。玛莎拉蒂轿车也成了郭美美的“标志”。昨天因座驾玛莎拉蒂被撞，郭美美将肇事司机、中粮集团及肇事车辆投保的保险公司告上法庭，索赔45万余元。朝阳法院已受理此案。
郭美美起诉称，今年5月28日晚8点，她开着玛莎拉蒂轿车在朝阳区金桐东路北口由西往东方向正常行驶，与吴先生驾驶的奥迪车相撞，造成玛莎拉蒂严重损坏。朝阳区交通支队作出的交通事故责任认定书认定，吴先生承担此事故全部责任。
郭美美表示，事后她先行支付了车辆修理费41万余元，没有得到吴先生的任何赔偿。而这辆玛莎拉蒂轿车是今年4月2日购买，价格为240万元，事故导致车辆贬值，因此吴先生除了修车费用外，还应承担车辆贬值的损失。
因此，郭美美认为，作为肇事车辆的所有权人，中粮集团有限公司将车辆交由吴先生使用，疏于管理，导致事故发生，应对事故承担连带赔偿责任。同时，吴先生的行为构成对她的侵权，且事故造成了巨大的经济损失，遂将吴先生、中粮集团和奥迪车投保的保险公司告上法庭，要求他们承担连带责任赔偿修车费、律师费45万余元，同时给付玛莎拉蒂贬值损失。
昨天下午，记者致电郭美美的经纪人，对方没有接电话。她的代理律师则表示，这件事暂时不便透露更多信息，目前等待开庭。
肇事司机吴先生认可了这起事故，但没有回答为何迟迟不给付修车费用等问题。中粮集团法务部的电话一直无人接听。
